These homes have large sunny windows and breezy, wooden wrap-around porches. Plus, you have access to a lakeside community pool for Compass Point; community tennis courts; bike and jogging trails.
Jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.
Children who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
