Litchfield By The Sea - An Oceanfront Community
Charlestowne Grant is a private, very exclusive oceanfront community. Each of the homesites is laid out to maximize ocean and marsh views. Beach access is easy with a crossing over the dunes between every two oceanfront sites. Plus, you have access to the Charlestowne Grant community swimming pool, community tennis courts and bike and jogging trails.
Children who are not toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
Jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea. |
